The principle of chiropractic states that the body can heal itself and needs nothing just no interference! Well, an easy example of this is when you have gotten a cut. Your body does the healing not the band aid! Your body knows exactly how the clotting factors works, how much white blood cell are needed and exactly how to heal the cut! The doctor puts the bones IN ALIGNMENT(just like spinal alignment) then cast, send you home and tell you to come back in 8 to 12 weeks. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1981, which is the premier chiropractic school in the world. While attending Palmer Dr. Fred lead the Palmer Rugby team to Two National Championships.

He now resides in Glendale, Arizona. Dr. Fred with his wife Susan have three wonderful children. F.J. is currently pursuing chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic. Paxton currently helps out with the family business and is looking to attend Palmer very soon. Gira is currently attending the University of South Carolina where she play’s number one for the tennis team.
